With a still growing heart of rugby, I always cooperate to stimulate development within clubs, coaches, players and teams. I get energy when players develop through individual coaching. Every rugby player has his own talent and challenge, players are at the helm of their own development and thus contribute to team development. My family, rugby coaching, mountain climbing are my biggest hobbies, I am a supporter of my rugby sons Twan and Cas and visit museums with my daughter Amber. Hiking with my wife Francis and our ridgeback Raff is a great way to spend my time. From the age of 14 to 45, I played rugby at Fortuna 77, RC Eemland and Utrecht URC as number 10 or 13. As a father I coached the teams of my sons Twan and Cas at Utrecht URC, until they no longer wanted me to do that. Then trainer of URC, Eemland, Rotterdam, and now RFC Gouda, national coach of NL U17 and Educator at World  Rugby. A short anthology of the past, not very important because the future is at our feet.<\/span>\n \n
